Job summary

Ingenia Holidays Ulladulla is seeking a Casual Guest Experience Officer to warmly welcome guests, share park information, and assist with check-in and check-out. You’ll promote other Ingenia destinations, upsell suitable products, and help create memorable experiences for guests and residents.

You will coordinate engaging activities, maintain safety and presentation standards, and support site operations with a friendly, guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating warm, memorable guest experiences
• Hospitality or tourism background preferred or eagerness to develop in guest-focused roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and booking systems (e.g., Newbook) or willingness to learn in a tech-enabled environment
• Strong team collaboration, empathy, and attention to detail
• Valid Working with Children Check and a current driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide information about the park and local area, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
• Convert walk-ins, upsell suitable products, and capture guest details in line with reservations policies
• Coordinate and run engaging holiday activities within budget while maintaining safety and tidiness
• Maintain high presentation standards and follow sales/service procedures toward achieving customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS)
• Support caretaking duties, including site cleanliness, after-hours guest assistance, and rule compliance
