Job summary

The Eden Beachfront site at Ingenia Holidays is seeking a Casual Guest Experience Officer. You will warmly welcome guests, provide park information, assist with check-in/out, and promote other Ingenia destinations to create memorable stays.

You’ll help deliver engaging activities, maintain a tidy, welcoming site, and work with a supportive team focused on guest satisfaction. A current automatic driver’s license and comfort with booking systems like Newbook are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or tourism required or willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
• Current automatic driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, provide information about the park/resort, local area, amenities, and activities, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Convert walk-in bookings, promote other Ingenia Holidays destinations, and upsell suitable products while following reservation policies and capturing guest details.
• Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, maintain a safe and tidy environment, and encourage guest participation.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, follow sales and service procedures, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals like NPS.
• Support caretaking duties as needed, including site cleanliness, after-hours guest assistance, and monitoring compliance with site rules
