Job summary

Cabana is seeking casual chefs who thrive under pressure and take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen. You’ll work on a fast‑paced, high‑volume section and collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain top standards.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or solid hands-on experience in a high-volume venue.
• Strong food safety and kitchen management knowledge.
• Ability to stay calm, focused and switched-on when busy.

Responsibilities

• Cooking to a high standard on a fast-paced, high-volume section.
• Bringing energy, consistency and pride to every service.
• Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to keep standards sharp and service smooth.
• Helping shape specials, seasonal menu tweaks and prep systems.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe.

What you'll be doing

• Cooking to a high standard on a fast-paced, high-volume section
