Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited in Sydney is seeking a friendly Catering Assistant to join our casual pool. You’ll assist with daily food prep, service, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness in a busy environment.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, daytime with some evenings. Build hospitality skills while enjoying flexible roster options; weekly pay at above‑award rates. No heavy prior experience required, though hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable and customer focused
• Previous hospitality, kitchen hand or dishwashing experience preferred
• Organised and adaptable with confidence in busy settings
• Enjoys teamwork and learning new skills
• POS experience is desirable
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
