The Brougham Arms Hotel in Bendigo is seeking casual chefs to join our expanding kitchen team. With at least 2 years of professional experience, you’ll help deliver exceptional food to our loyal customers in a vibrant venue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar high-volume hospitality environment.
• Excellent culinary skills and a keen eye for presentation.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Food safety and hygiene certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking to work in a vibrant, bustling and award winning venue?

The Brougham Arms Hotel in Bendigo is on the hunt for skilled Casual Chef's to join our kitchen team. With at least 2 years of professional experience, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food to our loyal customers.

We are looking for chef's to start immediately (if possible) for 3-5 days/nights a week.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing high-quality meals and dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensuring all food preparation and cooking areas are clean, well-organised and comply with health and safety regulations
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our guests
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest requests

What we're looking for
