Qualifications

• Three years minimum as Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety standards and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexible and reliable with varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Culinary qualifications or relevant training.
• Attention to detail and presentation.
• Experience with diverse cuisines is advantageous.
• Current understanding of allergen awareness and dietary requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and culinary standards.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control across all meals.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Receiving and storing ingredients, checking quality and managing stock levels.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

• Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

• Attention to detail and pride in presenting well-finished dishes
• Experience with diverse cuisine types is advantageous
• Current understanding of allergen awareness and dietary requirements is preferred
