Job summary

Phoenix Hospitality Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate casual chef to join our luxury hotel teams. You will contribute to high standards across premium properties and deliver memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing meals to recipes, maintaining a clean workstation, working efficiently under pressure, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely, beautifully presented dishes while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef in fast paced commercial kitchens.
