Grow Early Education Bundaberg is seeking a dedicated Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our team. This permanent part-time role covers three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) with early start and late shifts to suit our 6:30am–6:30pm centre.

You will create inclusive learning environments, build strong relationships with children and families, implement EYLF-based programs, and support safe, healthy practices in line with licensing requirements.

Formación

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Blue Card and approved First Aid.
• National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Good understanding of EYLF and NQF.

Grow Early Education Bundaberg is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our team!

This is a Permanent Part Time position to work 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday!

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

About your new role:

Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

A little about you:

Certificate III (or studying towards) or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

Current Blue Card, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.

Experience in an early childhood setting.

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
