Job summary

Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club Ltd. is seeking casual Cellar & Bar Attendants to join the Beverage team. The role combines customer-facing bar service with cellar operations, ensuring well-stocked bars, high-standard product presentation and exceptional member service.

Experience is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will develop cellar knowledge. NSW RSA and RCG Cards are required, and roster flexibility including evenings, weekends, and public holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient and professional bar service.
• Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with RSA requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas.
• Assist with opening, closing and general operational duties.
• Support a welcoming member experience.
• Adhere to WHS codes of practice.
• Receive, move and store stock safely.
• Rotate stock and maintain stock integrity.
• Replenish bars and beverage outlets.
• Assist with stock control and stocktaking activities.
• Maintain cellar areas and equipment cleanliness.

The Opportunity

We're seeking Casual Cellar & Bar Attendants to join our Beverage team. This is a hands-on role combining customer-facing bar service with behind-the-scenes cellar operations. You will help ensure our bars are well stocked, our products are presented to a high standard and our members and guests receive exceptional service every time they visit.

Experience is preferred but not essential. We're looking for someone willing to learn, contribute to the team and develop their cellar knowledge on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Service

• Deliver friendly, efficient and professional service
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas
• Assist with opening, closing and general operational duties
• Support a positive and welcoming member experience
• Perform all duties according to the WHS Code of Practice
• Receive, move and store stock safely
• Rotate stock and maintain stock integrity
• Replenish bars and beverage outlets
• Assist with stock control and stocktaking activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cellar areas
• Support quality standards for beverage storage and dispensing equipment
