Job summary

Hampshire Property Group is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead Barling's Beach Holiday Park on NSW's south coast. You will own day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and guest satisfaction, and develop a capable team across reception, maintenance and services.

This hands-on role offers on-site accommodation and utilities as part of the package, with support from Head Office and a values-led organisation. Weekend/evening flexibility is required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in holiday parks, accommodation, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong leadership to build engaged teams and drive performance.
• Financially astute with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations including accommodation, amenities and guest services.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams across reception, housekeeping, maintenance and recreation.
• Drive occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction in partnership with Head Office teams.
