Job summary

Hampshire Property Group – Lake Tabourie NSW is seeking a Casual Front Office Receptionist for Wairo Beach Holiday Park on the South Coast. You will greet guests, handle reservations, and support front desk operations.

The role requires hospitality experience, weekend availability, and strong communication. Training for the reservation system will be provided, with an immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role.
• Reservation System experience preferable; training will be provided.
• Customer Service Experience required.
• Able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
• High level of communication and written skills.
• Broad level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition.
• Willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
• Available to be rostered over a 7‑day rotating roster including weekends.

Guests can enjoy direct beach access, a resort-style swimming pool, mini‑golf, and a variety of family‑friendly activities.

We are currently looking for Casual Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

The successful applicant must possess;

• Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role
• Reservation System Experience e.g., Newbook/RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.
• Customer Service Experience
• Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
• High level of communication and written skills
• Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
• Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
• Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
• Be available for an immediate start.
