Job summary

The Cremorne Hotel, part of Duxton Pubs, invites applications for a Bar Attendant. Join our busy team and deliver friendly service across the bar, bistro, functions, and gaming areas. Immediate start with a night/weekend roster and opportunities for future full-time work.

You will bring a current RSA, bar experience and a positive hospitality mindset. Flexible staff who work well independently and in a team are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current RSA is required.
• RSG1 and gaming experience are highly regarded.
• RP badge is advantageous.
• Previous bar experience and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and late nights.

We’re looking for experienced bar staff who enjoy creating great guest experiences and bring a friendly, positive approach to every shift. With opportunities to work across our bar, bistro, functions and gaming areas, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys being part of a busy hospitality team.

Night and weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service across the bar, bistro and functions;
• Assist with gaming operations when required;
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately and responsibly;
• Build positive relationships with guests and fellow team members;
• Maintain clean, organised and welcoming service areas; and
• Work collaboratively to keep service running smoothly.

About You

You will have:

• A current RSA;
• RSG1 and gaming experience, highly regarded;
• An RP badge, advantageous;
• Previous bar experience and a passion for hospitality;
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights; and
