Job summary

Dubbo RSL Club Group is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join the Bar & Gaming team in Dubbo for the busy season. Roles include day and night shifts with availability on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Full training and support provided, no prior experience required.

Applicants must be 18+ with RSA and RCG certificates, strong communication, and cash-handling skills. Enjoy a friendly, team-oriented environment with uniforms supplied and progression opportunities.

THE ROLE

This role includes both day and night shifts, with hours varying depending on business needs. Applicants must be available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Taking orders and ensuring timely service
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
• Restocking supplies as required
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming experience for our members and guests

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for people who are reliable, energetic and enjoy working as part of a team.

You will need:

• To be 18 years or over
• Current RSA and RCG certificates
