Job summary

Bonnie Hotels Group is seeking reliable Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our team. This hands-on hospitality role across the bar, gaming, and hotel operations focuses on great customer service in a busy pub environment.

Experience is preferred, but enthusiastic applicants who are keen to learn are encouraged to apply. RSA & ARGC qualifications are required, with flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Current RSA & ARGC qualifications.
• Friendly, reliable and professional approach.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work in a busy pub environment.
• Flexible to mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Australian citizenship or appropriate Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers across the bar and gaming areas.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Taking orders, serving drinks and assisting with general bar duties.
• Monitoring and assisting customers in the gaming area.
• Assisting with gaming machine payouts and basic gaming procedures.
• Keeping bar, gaming and customer areas clean, tidy and well presented.
• Restocking beverages and other supplies as required.

Job description

We are seeking reliable and friendly Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our team at Bonnie Hotels Group.

This is a hands-on hospitality role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a busy pub environment. You’ll work across the bar, gaming and general hotel operations, providing great customer service while helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming venue.

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we’re also open to enthusiastic applicants who are keen to learn and develop their skills in the industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving customers across the bar and gaming areas
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Taking orders, serving drinks and assisting with general bar duties
• Monitoring and assisting customers in the gaming area
• Assisting with gaming machine payouts and basic gaming procedures
• Keeping bar, gaming and customer areas clean, tidy and well presented

• Following RSA, liquor licensing, gaming & venue procedures

What we’re looking for
