Catholic Healthcare Bathurst is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work across our Bathurst homes on a casual basis. You will provide direct clinical nursing care, act as team leader, and support the personal care team.

A minimum 3 days per week and orientation/buddy shifts are required. Ideal candidates have 3 days availability, AHPRA registration, and knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care standards; night shift availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
• Demonstrated understanding of aged care standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice.
• Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
• Work in a safe manner following all policies and procedures.
