Job summary

Regis Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate clinical care across aged care residents. You will work with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred support, with responsibilities for care planning, documentation and delivery in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

With 4+ years of nursing experience and current AHPRA registration, you will drive multidisciplinary collaboration, monitor resident health, manage clinical risks, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in clinical governance, risk management and incident investigation.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical care alongside the Clinical Care Manager to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support.
• Take ownership of care planning, ensuring clinical needs are accurately assessed, documented and delivered in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Drive strong clinical outcomes through effective collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement through incident management, audits and quality initiatives, while supporting the team to build capability and maintain best practice standards.
