South Eastern Sydney Local Health District's Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service is seeking a motivated Administration Officer Level 3 to join the casual pool based at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick. The role provides a range of administrative and customer service support across the service, ensuring vacancies are covered and tasks are completed timely and efficiently.

You will work up to 38 hours per week on a casual basis with health system benefits and opportunities for developing

Qualifications

• High level administrative tasks in a demanding healthcare environment.
• Responding to enquiries with appropriate, timely responses.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused team player; supports whole-service administrative objectives.
• Experience using Stafflink, Healthroster, COS, Finsbury, eMR, iPM and AFM.

Responsabilités

• Provide interdepartmental admin and customer service support across the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service.
• Cover vacancies within the administration team to meet service objectives.
• Travelling across the service to assist with vacancies and leave relief as directed.
