NSW Health is seeking an Administration Officer, Level 3 (Casual Pool) for the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service in Randwick. The role involves delivering high-level administrative support across multiple sites, with the flexibility of a casual pool.

You will provide customer service, manage enquiries, and support the Inpatient Mental Health Service team. The position is based mainly at Prince of Wales Hospital, with travel across the service as needed and a salary of $37.28–$38.44 per hour

Responsabilidades

• Provide interdepartmental administrative and customer service support across the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service.
• Ensure vacancies are covered to meet objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
• Primary base at Prince of Wales Hospital with travel across the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service as required.
• Support the Inpatient Mental Health Service team with clerical tasks and scheduling.
• Utilise software including Stafflink, Healthroster, COS, Finsbury, eMR, iPM and AFM to manage workflows.
