Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Case Manager Level 2 for Workers’ Compensation to guide injured workers through recovery and manage end-to-end claims with empathy. You will balance customer care with sound decision-making and collaborate with stakeholders to support sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service, meeting WorkSafe standards for processing, and accurately determining liability using internal resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar case management role within personal injury insurance.
• Ability to deliver high quality services and positive customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service for claims, focusing on solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Meet internal and WorkSafe standards for claim processing, including mail management and accounts payment.
• Accurately determine liability and compensation entitlements using WorkSafe tools and internal resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes and ensure responsible liability decisions.
