Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Return to Work Specialist for a 12-month contract in Charlestown. You will lead injury management programs to help achieve Return to Work and Customer Satisfaction targets, while supporting Claims Operation with expert guidance.

The role requires extensive injury management experience, regulatory awareness, and strong stakeholder and coaching skills to drive improvements and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in injury management relating to occupational rehabilitation, claims management, or return to work.
• Understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements impacting the organization.
• Experience in strategy development and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with claims operations and treatment providers to reduce human and financial costs through injury management practices.
• Provide expert advice to support case managers and employers handling physical, psychological and hybrid injuries.
• Establish and maintain provider management strategies and relationships to enable support and drive return to work outcomes.
