Job summary

Ofload is seeking a Carrier Procurement and Network Design Manager to join on-site in Sydney. You will develop commercially viable transport solutions, build competitive pricing for tenders, and negotiate with carriers to balance service, cost, and profitability.

You’ll work across Commercial, Operations and Pricing to deliver scalable, profitable revenue growth. The role requires strong experience in transport pricing, procurement or carrier management, deep market knowledge of FMCG carriers,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in transport pricing, procurement or carrier management.
• Deep understanding of the carrier market and network capacity.
• Commercially minded with focus on margin and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop transport solutions balancing customer requirements with service and commercial outcomes.
• Build accurate, competitive pricing for tenders and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into practical transport solutions; negotiate with carriers.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Pricing to deliver outcomes and growth.
• Maintain accuracy, rigour and attention to detail across opportunities.
