Job summary

Amazon Brisbane is seeking a Program Manager to shape the next phase of our last mile network. You will manage third-party and external delivery carriers, drive geographies and service expansion, and own end-to-end carrier performance using data to inform decisions.

This is an individual-contributor role collaborating with Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Fulfillment Center teams to deliver results and improve delivery speed and cost per package while scaling

Qualifications

Experience in program or project management in a logistics or operations context.
Strong data-driven decision-making and storytelling to senior leaders.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end carrier performance using dashboards to track metrics and identify improvements.
Drive expansion of new nodes, postcodes, and service types with business cases and launch plans.
Lead capacity planning for high-volume events with ramp-up plans and contingency measures.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with carriers and drive corrective actions when targets are missed.
Write data-led program documents (business reviews, PR/FAQs) and present recommendations to senior leaders across Planning, Finance, and Operations.
