Job summary

HIA Apprenticeships in the Queanbeyan East area offer a pathway to becoming a qualified carpenter. You’ll train on real construction sites, learning all aspects of carpentry from skilled tradespeople.

You’ll receive dedicated support, PPE, and access to a low-interest loan to buy tools. The program emphasizes safety and career development under HIA guidance.

• Willing to obtain CI Card (White Card) prior to starting.
• Commitment to finishing apprenticeship and becoming a qualified carpenter.
• Desire to work hands-on and learn carpentry on construction sites.

Responsibilities

We have carpentry apprenticeships available in the Queanbeyan East area for an immediate start.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE:

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport is preferable
• CI Card (white Card) or be willing to obtain prior to starting

You’ll receive dedicated support from HIA Apprentices in all aspects of your training and employment.
