Job summary

HIA Apprentices is offering carpentry apprenticeships in the Armidale area and surrounding suburbs. You will work with professional tradespeople to learn all aspects of carpentry training and employment, with dedicated support and PPE provided.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team players, with a strong attitude to learn and finish the apprenticeship, plus a current driver’s licence and a White Card (or willingness to obtain it before starting).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated willingness to learn carpentry and complete apprenticeship.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred.
• White Card (CI Card) required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Learn carpentry skills on real projects alongside professional tradespeople.
• Attend training and complete apprenticeship requirements.
• Wear PPE and work safely on construction sites.

We have carpentry apprenticeships available in the Armidale area and surrounding suburbs of Walcha, Uralla and Guyra for an immediate start.

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport is preferable
• CI Card (white Card) or be willing to obtain prior to starting

You'll receive dedicated support from HIA Apprentices in all aspects of your training and employment.
