Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to join a high-end residential renovation on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The role remains hands-on while stepping up into Site Foreman responsibilities, coordinating trades and supervising on site.

You should be trade-qualified with strong communication and organisational skills, able to lead by example and keep works on plan with the project team and builder, ensuring quality workmanship and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong residential construction experience.
• Experience working on high-end residential projects or renovations.
• Some exposure to coordinating and managing trades.
• Looking to take the next step towards a Site Foreman position.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to lead by example while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Remain hands-on and continue working on the tools.
• Assist with the day-to-day running of a high-end residential renovation.
• Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors on site.
• Help keep works running to programme and schedule.
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship across the project.
• Liaise with the builder and project team.
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive site.
