Job summary

Hatchway Constructions is seeking Apprentice Carpenters for immediate start on high-end residential builds in the Shoalhaven area. This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and full support toward completing the Certificate III in Carpentry.

You’ll work closely with a licensed builder on bespoke projects, gaining exposure to foundations, framing, structural work, and detailed interior fit-outs.

• Reliable, motivated and eager to learn; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You’ll work closely with a licensed, award-winning builder on a bespoke residential project.

This is a hands-on role that offers valuable exposure to all aspects of high-end residential construction – from foundations, framing and structural work through to detailed interior fit-outs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who:

• Has a genuine interest and passion for carpentry and construction
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and has an eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to follow instructions
• Communicates well and brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Holds a White Card, car license and has reliable transport and basic tools
• Is a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year apprentice (Mature-age apprentices welcome to apply, (may consider for the right person)
• Can start immediately
