Job summary

BCJ Built is seeking an apprentice carpenter to join our Mornington Peninsula team. You will participate in start-to-finish builds of custom and architectural projects, learning across framing, lock up, fix, external cladding and decking.

Gain hands-on experience from qualified tradespeople in a supportive environment and develop practical carpentry skills on a busy crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Very keen to learn.
• Have a basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry.
• Ability to get to and from work independently.

Responsibilities

• Start to finished builds of custom and architectural builds.
• Specialise in carpentry: framing, lock up and fix, external cladding and decking.

BcjBuilt are a Mornington peninsula base building company with over 25 years in the building industry.We have an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team.

Start to finished builds of custom and architectural builds.

We specialise in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking.

Excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified tradies in a supportive environment.

To be successful you will need to have the following:

• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
• Be reliable and punctual

Preferred but not essential:

• Driver licence & Own car
• A white card
• Completed a pre-apprenticeship
