Job summary

Pollard Building Group in Geelong is seeking a motivated Carpentry Apprentice (1st–4th year) to join our hands-on team. This full-time role offers exposure to framing, lock-up, fixing and fit-off across residential builds, with mentorship from experienced carpenters.

Start immediately and develop skills across extensions, pergolas, decks and outdoor living areas while building a long-term career in carpentry in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Carpentry Apprentice
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• White Card mandatory
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of residential construction projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
