Eureka Villages in Queensland is seeking a reliable Caretaker to maintain our village with a focus on safety, cleanliness and resident support. You will be a friendly, hands-on presence ensuring the village looks its best and runs smoothly while providing practical help to residents and visitors.
You will handle grounds maintenance, guest site preparation and general repairs, collaborating with contractors and the Village Manager.

Every day is different. You'll be responsible for helping maintain the presentation, safety and day-to-day operation of the village while acting as a trusted point of contact for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
The usual hours for this role are Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. You'll also carry the park phone after hours two nights a week and be on call Friday and Saturday nights. This role does not require you to live onsite, though we can discuss options if that's your preference.
