Eureka is seeking a Park Manager to lead Frenchview Lifestyle Village in Grantville, Victoria. This hands-on leadership role owns day-to-day operations, onsite grounds, maintenance and administration, while driving resident and guest experience and commercial performance.
You’ll lead the onsite team, manage budgets and P&L, pursue occupancy targets, and build strong relationships with residents and local partners.
Are you a hands‑on operational leader who knows how to bring together great customer service, strong commercial performance and a genuine sense of community?
We’re looking for an experienced Park Manager to lead our Frenchview community.
This is a varied, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation of the park, lead the onsite team, build strong relationships with residents and guests, and ensure the community continues to perform commercially while presenting to a high standard.
Eureka is one of Australia’s leading providers of affordable community living, creating places where people can feel at home, connected and supported.
Our values guide how we work every day. We Put People First, Embrace the Challenge, Commit and Follow‑Up, Act with Purpose and Build Belonging.
As we continue to grow our portfolio nationally, we’re looking for leaders who can take genuine ownership of their communities while being supported by an experienced Regional Manager and broader Support Office team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, All Age Living & BTR, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operation of Frenchview and lead the onsite grounds, maintenance, housekeeping and administration functions.
The role combines resident and community engagement, operational and financial management, compliance, property management and occupancy responsibility.
No two days as Park Manager are likely to look exactly the same.
You could start the morning checking in with your team and reviewing maintenance priorities, spend part of the day working through occupancy or financial performance, connect with residents or guests in the afternoon, and finish by planning an upcoming community event or speaking with a local business about a potential group booking.
You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your community while having the support and resources of the broader Eureka team behind you.
Above all, you’ll be someone who enjoys being visible, approachable and hands‑on while creating an environment where residents, guests and employees feel welcomed and supported.
Eureka is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to contribute. Successful applicants will be required to complete relevant pre‑employment checks and provide evidence of their right to work in Australia.
