This is a hands-on leadership role balancing commercial performance with resident wellbeing, reporting to the Regional Manager and collaborating with the broader Support Office to deliver
Are you an experienced operational leader who enjoys being hands‑on, building strong relationships and creating communities where people genuinely feel at home?
Join Eureka Villages as our Park Manager at Mandurah and take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations and ongoing success of one of our independent living communities.
This is a varied leadership role for someone who can balance commercial and operational responsibilities with what matters most: our residents and the community they call home.
At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.
As Park Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Mandurah community, leading the onsite team while building trusted relationships with residents, families, contractors and the broader local community.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, All Age Living & BTR, you’ll have responsibility for the performance of the park, including resident experience, occupancy, property presentation and maintenance, financial management, compliance and team leadership.
Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you’ll have the autonomy to lead from the front and make a genuine impact.
No two days will look quite the same.
You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the park and lead the onsite grounds, maintenance, housekeeping and administration functions, while ensuring residents continue to enjoy a safe, well‑maintained and connected community.
At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
It’s hands‑on, varied and people‑focused.
One moment you might be checking in with a resident or supporting your team, and the next you’ll be reviewing financial performance, coordinating maintenance, working with a contractor or planning an activity that brings the community together.
You’ll be visible and approachable, but equally comfortable making decisions, solving problems and taking accountability for the performance of the park.
At Eureka, you’re more than a Park Manager. You’re a leader within the community and someone our residents, team and stakeholders can rely on.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with commercial awareness and a genuine ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
If you’re an experienced operational leader looking for a role where you can take genuine ownership, build a strong team and create a community where people feel connected and supported, we’d love to hear from you.
