Eureka Villages in Mandurah is seeking a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, visitors and the wider Mandurah community, blending reception duties with administration and resident support.
This role offers a varied, people-focused day, combining customer service with strong administrative tasks, data entry and records management in a friendly community setting.
Are you an organised and approachable administrator who enjoys helping people and creating a great first impression?
Join Eureka Villages as our Receptionist at Mandurah and become an important part of the team supporting the day-to-day operation of our community.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organised and genuinely enjoys building relationships with people.
At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.
As our Receptionist, you'll often be the first person our residents, families, visitors, contractors and prospective residents interact with, making you an important part of the experience we create at Mandurah.
Working closely with the Park Manager and onsite team, you'll provide reception and administrative support while helping ensure enquiries are responded to, records remain accurate and the day-to-day administration of the park runs smoothly.
Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you'll join a team focused on creating a welcoming and connected community.
This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll combine customer service with strong administration and attention to detail.
At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
No two days are exactly the same.
You might start your morning welcoming residents and responding to enquiries before moving on to updating records, preparing correspondence, helping a prospective resident, coordinating an appointment or assisting the Park Manager with an administrative task.
You'll become a familiar face within the community, so being approachable, patient and willing to help is important. Equally, you'll need to be organised and comfortable working with systems, confidential information and competing priorities.
At Eureka, you're more than the person behind the reception desk. You're an important part of creating a community where people feel welcomed, heard and supported.
We're looking for someone who combines great customer service with strong administration and attention to detail.
