Relationships Australia NSW is seeking a counsellor to join our Wellways partnership program, delivering evidence-based counselling to carers across Campbelltown and Bankstown. The role offers both individual and group sessions, with travel between sites and a supportive supervision framework.

We value trauma-informed, person-centred approaches, and require a tertiary qualification and current registration with AHPRA/AASW/PACFA/ACA, plus at least three years' post-qualification experience.

Qualifikationen

• A tertiary qualification in counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, social work, or a related discipline.
• Current registration or membership with AHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACA.
• Demonstrated counselling experience, ideally with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience.
• Sound knowledge and practical application of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT and Person-Centred Therapy.
• Experience facilitating groups and delivering wellbeing-focused interventions.
