CatholicCare Wollongong in Campbelltown NSW is seeking empathetic School Counsellors to provide counselling and group work for students, with consultation for parents, carers and school staff. The role supports a holistic model of care to enhance student wellbeing.

Qualifications include a tertiary degree in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology, WWCC, and eligibility for AASW, PACFA, or AHPRA membership. Part-time positions available with competitive pay.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology.
• Eligibility for professional membership with AASW, PACFA-Clinical, or AHPRA-General.
• WWCC (Working with Children Check) required.
• Proven experience providing counselling, case work and group work for children, adolescents and families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based counselling approaches and interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counselling and group work to students.
• Offer consultation to support parents, carers and school staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote holistic student wellbeing.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary program within the School, Student & Family Service.
