Relationships Australia NSW is seeking a passionate counsellor to join our Wellways partnership program, delivering high-quality, evidence-based counselling services. You will provide individual and group counselling that promotes wellbeing, builds resilience, and supports carers experiencing stress, anxiety and related challenges.

Based across Campbelltown and Bankstown, you will work within a collaborative environment, delivering trauma-informed, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, social work, or related discipline.
• Current registration or membership with AHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACA.
• Demonstrated counselling experience with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience.
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred Therapy and CBT.
• Experience facilitating groups and delivering wellbeing-focused interventions.
