Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Counsellor/Group Worker in Western Sydney to provide trauma-informed counselling and group programs for individuals, couples, children and families. You will contribute to wellbeing initiatives within local schools and community groups, delivering targeted programs such as Living Beyond Abuse (LBA) to support women and families.

• Trauma-informed practice and person-centred approach.
• Experience providing counselling and group work.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling and group programs.
• Support individuals, couples, children and families to build resilience and wellbeing.
• Engage with local school communities for wellbeing initiatives and early intervention.
