SYC Limited is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver high-quality employment services under the Workforce Australia program. The role is based at SYC's Watergardens site, with opportunities to work across multiple locations, helping participants overcome career challenges and progress toward employment goals.

You will provide coaching, assessments, and job search support, while building relationships with employers and community organisations to create new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching sessions and create personalised action plans.
• Conduct career assessments and identify client strengths and goals.
• Network with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
• Assist participants with job search strategies, resumes, and interview prep.
• Refer participants to training, counselling and other services to improve employment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met.
