SYC Limited is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver high-quality employment services under the Workforce Australia program. The role involves one-to-one coaching, career assessments, resume and interview support, and connecting participants with local employers.

Based at SYC's Marion site with occasional days at Mount Barker, this permanent full-time role aims to help participants overcome barriers and progress toward sustainable employment.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, client-facing or an administrative role.
• Time management, organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise to achieve outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal and written abilities; able to conduct client assessments, develop case plans and notes.
• Outcome-focused with a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
• Ability to build relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexibly across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Providing one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalised action plans.
• Conducting career assessments and helping clients identify strengths, interests, and values to guide employment goals.
• Using sales strategies to network with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
• Assisting participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
• Referring participants to training, counselling, and other services to improve long-term outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance requirements are met.
