Disability and Injury Services is hiring Home Care Workers to support NDIS participants in Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich. You will assist with daily living, personal care and community engagement, helping clients achieve independence with tailored support plans.

Ideal candidates have a valid QLD driver license, NDIS checks, first aid/CPR, and at least one year of experience. This full-time role offers frontline, person-centered service across South East Queensland.

You’ll provide tailored assistance to individuals living with disability to help them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

• Community access (shopping, outings, exercise, social visits)


• Personal care (mealtimes, hygiene, mobility)


• Domestic assistance (cooking, light cleaning, laundry)


• Medication assistance and home therapy support


• Skill development and social engagement

Essential attributes
