Job summary

Disability and Injury Services is expanding its Home Care Worker team across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich to support people living with disability to achieve independence.

You will deliver tailored assistance, including community access, personal care, domestic tasks and medication support, while promoting dignity and choice.

We value reliability, empathy and professional conduct; candidates need a driver licence, NDIS screening, First Aid/CPR and Orientation training.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in disability support.
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation and Infection Control Training.
• First aid and CPR certification obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide community access (shopping, outings, exercise, social visits).
• Deliver personal care (mealtimes, hygiene, mobility).
• Assist with domestic tasks (cooking, light cleaning, laundry).
• Support medication administration and home therapy as needed.
• Foster skill development and social engagement.
