Nos Ability Care is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join our Brisbane team, with immediate start available. You will help residents in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings across Brisbane, assisting with daily living, skills development, and building meaningful relationships.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Brisbane, particularly focusing on individuals living independently in Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation. You will have the opportunity to assist in developing essential skills, including personal care, cooking, domestic assistance, social support and relationship building.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A genuine desire to support people with disabilities using a person-centered approach
• Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill
• Previous experience working with people with disabilities (desirable)

Requirements

To apply for this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
