Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Worker to support clients across Liverpool, Fairfield, Bankstown and surrounds. You will travel between client locations and provide in-home care, from personal care to light household tasks, helping clients live independently at home.

The role is permanent part-time with shifts Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, Friday availability essential, with flexibility. Salary packages include superannuation and mileage benefits, with hourly rates depending on qualification.

About the Role

As a Care Worker supporting clients across Liverpool, Fairfield, Bankstown and surrounds, you will be required to travel between multiple client locations throughout these service areas as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

Employment Details

This is a permanent part-time role. To meet the needs of our clients, we are seeking candidates with availability Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, with Friday availability essential. Flexibility within these hours is highly valued, as shifts may vary based on client requirements.

How We Support You

• Earn $34.42/hr (unqualified) - $36.23/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients

What You’ll Bring

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
