Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to support clients in Wisemans Ferry. This permanent part-time role offers flexible hours up to 48 hours per fortnight and hands-on duties in home care, including daily living tasks and transport to appointments.

You will work with a supportive team, earn hourly rates from $34.42 (unqualified) to $36.23 (qualified) plus superannuation, travel time and mileage, with opportunities for development and career pathways within BaptistCare.

About the Role

As a Care Worker supporting clients in the Wisemans Ferry area, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

This is a permanent part time role offering up to 48 hours per fortnight.

What You'll Bring

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience.
