Ontime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated role to manage care staff placements, ensure seamless shift fulfilment, and nurture client and support worker relationships. You will coordinate home care shifts, respond to requests, and maintain accurate rosters and case records across VIC, NSW and QLD.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills essential.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities required.
• Experience with rostering systems and office administration is desirable.
• Basic understanding of NDIS is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Fill and manage home care shifts across multiple locations.
• Handle customer and client shift requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain rosters and case management records with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance requirements for all home care staff are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and care staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries quickly.
