Job summary

Optimum Care Group is seeking a compassionate Care Quality Lead to ensure the welfare of clients in their own homes in Coleraine. The role requires proactive task prioritisation, independent work, strong communication, and confidentiality.

The candidate will lead care delivery, train staff, liaise with clients and families, and participate in on-call duties, while upholding company values and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time and workload independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of service delivery meeting statutory requirements.
• Report client care issues related to health and safety and assist with resolution.
• Provide care to clients when required.
• Train and develop staff during probation and foster career growth.
• Liaise with clients and families and attend client reviews.
• Monitor quality of care delivered in the community.
• Participate in rotational on-call duty during office closures.
