Job summary

Nurse Next Door Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our home care team and ensure safe, compassionate care for clients in their own homes. You will guide a team of nurses and personal care assistants, design individualized care plans, and build relationships with clients and the health community.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration is required.
• Minimum 7 years post registration.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Current QLD Drivers Licence.
• Residing in the Toowoomba Region.
• Working With Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
• Rotating on-call evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored and meaningful client care plans with the Care Team.
• Meet with potential clients to discuss options for home care services.
• Oversee client clinical care and maintain care documentation.
• Conduct clinical visits and ensure high clinical standards.
• Lead and develop a growing team of nurses and personal care assistants.
• Collaborate with Lead Care Designer to support growth and quality.
