Job summary

Peninsula Villages is seeking enthusiastic Personal Care Assistants for full-time night duty roles on the Central Coast. You will provide personalised care to residents and support daily living activities within our ICCARE values, ensuring a warm, safe environment.

Applicants should have Certificate III in Individual Support, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of WHS and infection control.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication and empathy with residents.
• Understands and applies WHS and infection control principles.
• Experience with aged care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care to residents in accordance with ICCARE values.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration as required.
• Foster a homely, respectful environment and build positive relationships with residents and families.
