Job summary

BlueWave Living is seeking compassionate Night Shift Care Assistants to join our not-for-profit team on the NSW Central Coast. You will provide personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and follow care plans with dignity and respect.

We welcome applicants with a Cert III in Aged Care; experience is preferred but not essential. The role offers flexible night shifts (Mon-Sun) and opportunities for training, mentorship, and employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a Cert III in Aged Care.
• Aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flu vaccination and Police check required; COVID booster preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assisting residents with daily activities (meals, mobility).
• Following individual care plans and reporting changes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and working with the care team.

Night Shift Care Assistants

We're looking for:

• Compassionate individuals with a Cert III in Aged Care

• Those with aged care experience preferred, but not essential

• Ability to assist residents with daily activities (personal care, meals, mobility)

• Strong communication skills to work with our care team

• Must have: Flu vaccination and Police check (COVID-19 booster preferred)

Your role will include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect

• Following individual care plans and reporting changes

• Maintaining accurate documentation

• Working as part of our dedicated care team

Shift Availability – Monday - Sunday

• Night: 2200–0630 / 2215–0645
