E4 People is partnering with a respected not-for-profit aged care provider to appoint a Care Manager in a regional NSW home, near Frederickton. The role leads the clinical team and ensures residents receive high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care.
• Strong clinical leadership and people management capability.
• Solid understanding of aged care compliance, governance and quality.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop a clinical team.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Genuine passion for resident outcomes and quality care.
• Flexibility and commitment to work in a regional location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical function of the home and work closely with CCCs, RNs and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Report to the Facility Manager and drive continuous improvement across clinical services.
• Support and develop the care team in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
