We are partnering with a well-established, values-driven aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager for a welcoming, community-focused residential facility in Toowoomba. With a preference for locally-based candidates, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in residential aged care, where you’ll have the autonomy to lead, influence quality outcomes, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

About the Role

As Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care across a large residential aged care facility. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive team culture.
